STAFF AND COMMUNITY
GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

Here’s What You Can Expect
LEO Clinic supports the community by offering growth and development — often referred to as professional development or staff development — in which employees from outside community agencies, receive additional support from us, by going through a catered professional training or pursuing learning opportunities to improve their skills and grow their knowledge around behavioral health, medical, or dental health.

Before you’re trained by LEO Outpatient Clinic, a member of our staff will call you to answer your questions and provide important information regarding professional development needed to ensure the classes we offer on-site or virtually are thoroughly catered to your needs.

The training we offer but are not limited to are:

Mental Health First Aid Course

Suicide Awareness, Intervention, and Support Course

Narcan Course

Cultural Competent Course

Trauma-Sensitive Course

Title IX Sexual Harassment Training (Required by Law for all Employers)

Title IX For School Training

Self-Care Training Course

Occupational Stress and Compassion Fatigue Course

Many more courses are offered.
